Fun fact about me, I used to be a competitive swimmer back in the good ol’ days 🤣. Something about the water just zens me. I will tell ya, swimming with more muscle mass adds A LOT of drag Anyways, as someone with a lot of lower back issues, swimming is always an activity I can do. I may not always be able to do the high intensity butterfly stroke (which was my best stroke in my competitive years). But I can get my ass in a pool and move my body because of the buoyancy the water gives me.
